The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project are defined in a separate service agreement between Metric & Mortar and the client.

Search engine rankings, Google Business Profile visibility, and AI search placement are influenced by factors outside our control, including changes made by Google, Bing, and other platforms. While we use current best practices to improve your visibility and performance, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, lead volume, or revenue outcomes.

Timely delivery of your project depends on you providing the content, photos, access, and feedback we request in a reasonable timeframe. Delays in providing these materials may delay your project's launch or the start of ongoing SEO work.

Pricing, payment schedules, and billing terms for a specific project are outlined in your individual service agreement with Metric & Mortar, not in these Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Metric & Mortar retains ownership of design files, source code, and other work product until full payment has been received. Once paid in full, ownership of the final website transfers to the client, excluding any third-party licenses, plugins, or stock assets used in the build.

This website may link to third-party sites, such as Google Maps or Google Business Profile. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metric & Mortar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of this site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
